Patrick Ulrich

Project Manager

Patrick has been practicing architecture for more than fifteen years, contributing to
offices in New York and Chicago before joining Lawson in Washington, D.C. His
high level of technical training is balanced with an implicit sense of design. He
is capable of moving from specific, focused solutions to large-scale projects of
great complexity.

Patrick is familiar with involved building programming, stringent technical demands,
and strict deadlines. Patrick is also adept at detailed building renovations, evaluating
building structure, and mechanical and electrical systems to determine the best form
of re-use. His understanding of the regulatory process keeps the design and approval
process moving smoothly in difficult circumstances.

Patrick utilizes a number of design tools to produce two and three dimensional
representations of projects as they evolve. His ability to sketch, shape, and mold a
design adds great value to any project team.
